Feature

ZM550A Automatic Hardcover Making Machine consists of a feeding unit, gluing unit, positioning unit, and one
independent automatic four sides edge folding unit. The machine adopts PLC controlling back push type feeder to feed
the face paper, with easy operation and long service life. Face paper conveying unit has registration function and unique
double pieces etecting and alarming function. A reasonably designed gluing unit ensures even glue.

The newly designed copper scraper can cooperate with gluing roller better. Conveying sucking belt and strong vacuum
pump ensure smooth transportation. Imported photoelectric is used to do the registration of face paper and the delivery
of cardboard adopts linear guide rail and servo control system.

Automatic four sides edge folding unit with edge repair function can finish work automatically, collecting unit with
automatic lift function. This machine is mainly used to make book covers, folders, desk calendars, wall calendars, and
box cover fields, with eatures of beautiful products, high speed, high precision, etc.
