PLC& Forming Cylinder Assembly

This pneumatic unwinding frame loads large PP/PET plastic raw rolls, provides stable tension control to avoid film stretching or wrinkling during feeding, and automatically sends plastic sheet into the forming host.

 The PLC touch panel adjusts temperature, forming speed, cycle time and pressure parameters, supports one-click recipe storage. Double pneumatic cylinders drive the mold to complete positive & negative pressure thermoforming, shaping plastic sheets into cup lids or food trays. Emergency stop button ensures operational safety.

Punching Cutting & Automatic Output Conveyor

Traction Servo Feeding Mechanism

After thermoforming, the punching mechanism automatically cuts finished cup lids/trays from waste plastic film. The conveyor belt conveys finished products outwards for automatic stacking, separating finished goods from leftover waste material.

Servo traction rollers pull plastic film at fixed lengths accurately, guarantee consistent feeding length for each forming cycle, avoid dimensional deviation of finished cup lids and trays, match the whole machine's production speed stably.
