Selling Points

1.Working Principle: After the packaged item is filled into a blister pack formed by vacuum forming or molding, aluminum foil or other covering materials are used. Under pressure, and under specific temperature and time conditions, the blister pack is heat-sealed. Blister packaging, also known as bubble wrap, is one of the main forms of packaging. Commonly used packaging materials are aluminum foil or sheets.

2.Operating Process: The formed plastic sheet is heated to a softened state in a flat-plate preheating device. It is then pulled and conveyed to a flat-plate forming device by a stepping device. Compressed air is used to blow-form the softened plastic sheet into a blister pack. The packaged item is filled into the blister pack, and then transferred to a flat-plate sealing device. Under suitable temperature and pressure, the covering plastic sheet and aluminum foil are sealed together. Finally, it is sent to an embossing and die-cutting device.
