This 550 Model Paper Cup Machine outperforms single-plate machines in both production efficiency and stability, serving as a high-speed paper cup forming machine. It boasts a high degree of automation, integrating functions such as automatic paper feeding, forming, rim curling, demolding, defective product detection and rejection, and counting into one seamless process.
3.Imported Hot Air Guns: The machine utilizes imported hot air guns to heat both the cup fan (before ultrasonic side sealing) and the cup bottom in-curling mold. Compared to traditional electric heating furnaces, these hotting guns ensures more even heat distribution and faster heating, shortening the heating time and boosting machine speed.
4. 7075 Aluminum Molds: The entire set of molds is made from 7075-grade aluminum, enhancing hardness, reducing wear, extending mold lifespan, and lowering machine load.
5.Servo-Driven Bottom Paper Feeding: The cup bottom paper is delivered by a servo motor, ensuring precise movement and accurate placement.
6.Bottom Edge Paper In-curling: The cup bottom curling mold has its own rotating function. Before the bottom in-curling process,there are two molds cooperating with an imported hot air gun to preheat and pre-curl the three-layer paper.By dividing the bottom curling process into 3 sequential actions to ensure thorough heating of all layers paper, and also make sure the adequate curling results. This prepares the bottom paper adequately for the subsequent knurling process.
7. Bottom Edge Knurling: The knurling mould is equipped with built-in rotation functions. Slightly smaller than the cup base, the knurling mould performs a curved thermo-compression movement along the side of the cup bottom.It compresses the three layers of hot air gun-heated coated paper together, ensuring the seal's tightness and firmness while imprinting the mould 's pattern.
8. Dual Up Rim Curling Position: Compared to traditional single-plate curling, the dual rim curling turn plate significantly reduces curling time and increases production speed.
9. Automatic Counting & Stacking: The machine counts and stacks the cups automatically,when the cups quantity reach to preset numbers in the PLC, the cup collector will rotate and flip downward to discharge the cups, facilitating subsequent packaging.
8. Full Photoelectric Tracking: The machine halts automatically when no paper or cups are detected, ensuring user-friendly operation.
