Multi-group Slitting Knife Assembly

Magnetic Powder Tension Brake 

Equipped with adjustable independent circular slitting knives. Operators can freely set cutting width by sliding each knife holder, achieve simultaneous multi-spec slitting in one pass, produce multiple thermal receipt rolls of different widths at the same time, ensure neat cutting edges without burrs.

Core tension control component for unwinding jumbo rolls. It provides stable and adjustable resistance tension to avoid paper stretching, wrinkling or loose rewinding caused by uneven tension, guarantee uniform tightness of finished thermal paper rolls.

Pneumatic Air Cylinder

 Finished Rewinding Station

Drives the pressing roller to compress the paper web tightly against the conveying roller. Eliminates paper deviation and floating during high-speed slitting, cooperates with the edge correction system to keep cutting tolerance within ±0.1mm.

Multi-shaft rewinding structure. The slitted narrow thermal paper is wound into standard small receipt rolls synchronously. It supports both core and coreless winding, with built-in meter counter to auto-stop when reaching preset roll length.
