Different from the single cards hot stamping machines, sheet hot stamping machines can do:
(1) Hot stamp on the laminated plastic sheets, and then punch the cards. The hot stamping area can be larger than the card area. So that there is no gap between the hot stamped object and the edge of the card after punching.
(2) Hot stamp on plastic film / overlay before lamination.
(3) Hot stamp on printed sheets and then laminate. In this way, the hologram will be covered by the film.
