The SL-550C model is an intelligent new product independently developed and upgraded on the basis of the SL-550A/B. It consists of paper feeding,gluing, cardboard positioning and four-sides folding. This machine adopts full pneumatic back push paper feeding (Airtac cylinder), PLC control make the operation convenient and durable. The paper feeding platform has registration function, special anti-double sheet
paper alarm function. The gluing part is designed reasonably to make the glue supplied uniformly, the new design of the copper scraper and the gluing roller are more closely matched, and the conveyor is equipped with a high-power suction fan to make the paper transported smoothly. The face paper
positioning adopts the imported camera and the robot arm to achieve the accuracy of ±0.1mm. The cardboard conveyor adopts linear guide rails. The four-sides edge folding has trimming function and it automatically folded into four sides. The delivery platform has automatic lifting function.
