Automatic Vacuum Paper Feeding Station

Electrical Control Cabinet 

Equipped with adjustable universal plastic air cooling pipes and vacuum suction cups. It automatically absorbs and separates stacked paper sheets one by one, delivers materials steadily to the hot stamping working area, prevents double feeding and sheet skew, and ensures continuous uninterrupted feeding for mass production.

Integrates Xinjie PLC controller, four servo motor drivers, switching power supplies, circuit breakers and pneumatic solenoid valves. It uniformly controls all feeding, foil rolling, pressing and conveying actions of the machine; stable electrical layout reduces circuit failure, supports precise servo positioning and full automatic linkage operation.

Auto Foil Rolling Transport Mechanism

Physical knobs & emergency stop button: Manual power switch, independent temperature switch, big red emergency stop for instant machine halt in case of abnormal conditions, guarantee operator safety.

Multi-layer foil reel mounting shafts and servo-driven foil feeding assembly. It automatically conveys anodized aluminum foil with constant tension, realizes accurate tracking positioning (±0.1mm precision), avoids foil wrinkling or deviation during hot pressing, supports flat bronzing and 3D concave-convex embossing bronzing.
