The ZM-LXP-100 automatic high-speed ultrasonic paper cup forming machine adopts the workbench, separates the mold system from the transmission system, and the transmission parts are set under the body. Lxp-100 paper cup forming machine adopts open CAM system, single aluminum plate, making the machine faster and more stable. The machine has 14 sensors that track every process. This machine has automatic double paper feeding system, ultrasonic, heat sealing, oil, bottom, bottom folding, preheating, knurled cup.

Feature
1. The flat fan-shaped piece is fed and adjusted repeatedly to avoid uneven and paper jam on both sides of the fan-shaped piece.
2. The machine is equipped with 14 sensors to ensure the stable operation of each fan paper at each position. If the wrong position or fault occurs, the machine will activate the alarm system and stop automatically.
3. This machine combines pulley and gear together, each part is closely connected with each other, the machine runs without any loose, the machine runs more accurately.
4. This machine adopts direct paper feeding system, paper feeding adopts servo motor, automatic sensor to assist pre-feeding paper, avoid paper waste, reduce the paper feeding process.
5. The machine adopts automatic oil lubrication system. The oil pump works continuously in the running process of the machine. The above advantages make our LXP-100 machines with lower failure rate, more complete machines, to provide better service for all customers.
