Product features:
1. The casting is made of HT250 gray cast iron. After annealing treatment, the casting (including the body and the frame) is not easy to be deformed and broken.
2. Spindle using four phosphor chromium steel, after quenching and tempering treatment to improve the strength, rigidity, hardness of the spindle to achieve the effect of not easy deformation.
3. The main gear parts are made of four phosphorous chromium steel, which has been tempered and tempered.
4. The guide rail lining of the machine is made of 38 chromium, molybdenum and aluminum. After nitriding treatment, it strengthens the hardness and is not easy to wear, so that the upper and lower pressure of the machine can be kept balanced and stable for a long time.
5. Single-chip electromagnetic clutch is sensitive and reliable.

Bronzing process is a special printing process without ink.
