Automatic Laminating Machine

This is a fully automatic BOPP film paper laminator integrating film lamination functions. It adopts PLC control and servo drive system, supporting automatic paper feeding, laminating, and collecting.
 
The machine is compatible with paper sheets of 105–500gsm, and applicable BOPP film thickness ranges from 12–25μm. Its maximum laminating width covers 540–680mm (varies by model), with a laminating speed adjustable between 5–40m/min. The maximum size of applicable paper sheets is 680×780mm, and the minimum is 210×297mm.
 
It operates at 380V AC voltage, with an installed power of 40kVA and actual energy consumption of about 10kw/h. The overall dimensions are approximately 3550×1400×1750mm (varies by model), and the weight ranges from 1300–1500kg. The maximum diameter of the applicable film roll is φ300mm, and the maximum paper stacking height reaches 700mm.
