Paper feeding section (front edge feeding type)
1. The leading edge paper feeding mechanism can minimize the jamming of cardboard during paper feeding.
2. The suction fan assists in paper feeding to ensure that the curved cardboard is fed smoothly. The air volume can be adjusted according to the size of the cardboard. Adjust each section to maximize the vacuum adsorption force of the cardboard and make paper feeding more accurate.

Slotting/Grooving part:
1. Operation control:

3. Pressing wheel:

(2) The positions of the crimping wheel and the slotting cutterhead are manually adjusted axially simultaneously.
(3) The surface of the upper and lower pressing wheels is ground and plated with hard chromium, and the shape is arc-shaped and
will not damage the cardboard.
5. Slotting tool holder:
(1) The width of the grooving knife is 7mm. It is made of high-quality forged steel and sharpened after heat treatment. The
zigzag-shaped grooving knife has good hardness and toughness.
(2) The slotting cutter shaft and the crimping shaft are all made of high-quality seamless steel tubes.

Die Cutting section
1. The surface of the crimping wheel is chrome-plated and polished, and it moves smoothly. It is equipped with four sets of
crimping wheels. The gap between the crimping wheels is manual.
Adjustment, dial display, adjustment range is 0-11mm.
2. All working shafts are ground from high-quality seamless steel pipes, and the surface is chrome-plated to make them resistant
to damage.
Corrosion resistance, wear resistance and service life are greatly enhanced.
3. The rubber pad is made of polyurethane felt cover produced in Taiwan, which can achieve 100% cutting rate and smooth incision.
4. Die-cutting knife: Use imported die-cutting blades.
